INNSITE Transient & Room Rentals is located in the Pasay district of Manila. It is 15 mins walk from NAIA Terminal 3, and 2.8 - 5.0 km to Terminals 4, 2, & 1. 


Walking distance from Resorts World Manila and nearby hotels such as Sheraton, Hilton, Marriot, Okura, Holiday Inn, Savoy Hotel, and Belmont within the Newport City. Accessible from City of Dreams, Mall of Asia, BGC and Ayala Center. 1 ride from LRT and MRT stations. All rooms are air conditioned with flat screen TVs and unlimited free high speed WIFI. Guests will enjoy a pantry/ kitchenette area equipped with microwave oven, personal fridge, water kettle, tableware (cups, cutlery, plates), and rice cooker upon request. You can relax with hot & cold shower in your private bathroom. A function room, laundry service, a garden, and an open terrace is also available for your convenience.

Terms and Conditions

  • Late Check-out/ Early Check-in Policies

    We will try our best to accommodate any late check-out requests whenever possible.  However, this will depend on the availability of rooms and new bookings already confirmed.  We do request that you inform us as early as possible if late check-out will be required so we can do our best to make the necessary arrangements.

    • Late Check-out Fee:  ₱80.00 per hour

    If planning to arrive before the standard check-in time, please make sure to inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure a room will be available for you as close as possible to your time of arrival.  If for any reason we cannot accommodate your arrival time, we will inform you in advance.

    • Early Check-in Fee:  ₱80.00 per hour

  • Property and Cancellation Policies

    Bookings cancelled:

    • 24 hours or less before arrival:  Full deposit will be charged/ forfeitted
    • Between 1 to 2 days before arrival:  50% of Deposit will be charged/ forfeitted 
    • 3 days or more before arrival:  Full refund will be provided

  • Prices and Taxes

    Room rates are inclusive of all taxes and fees.

  • Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

    Upon checking in, all guests will be requested to make payment in pesos for their entire stay at Innsite.  Payment channels available at this time are Gcash, bank transfer, or cash.  Please have the necessary funds available in pesos when arriving at Innsite.

  • Parking

    There is very limited street parking for vehicles available at Innsite.  However, parking for motorcycles is available within our Innsite garage area. 

    If parking is required, please contact us at Innsite before confirming your booking to ensure parking is available.

  • Use of Personal Information

    We follow strict data privacy practices at Innsite.  We will never share any names or contact details or account details with any other entities or organizations.
